How to Wildly Blog Your Way to Success!
There are many reasons to blog. Here are a few:
* They help solidify you as an expert in your industry
* They can create buzz: If you are a catchy or thought-provoking writer, then your blog will catch on
* Instant Gratification: With most blogs, people can respond to your posts. Their responses will allow you to gauge if your topics strike a chord
Though blogging isn't for everyone, it is a great way to build your business while speaking your mind.

These Mommy Wars Push My Buttons
Good Morning,
So I was just watching NBC's morning show when the "Mommy Wars" topic
came on. I just don't understand why we are beating around the bush.
The real issue is how and when will Corporate America catch up to the
needs of the modern family. More and more families are trying to make
it work (men and women), but the corporate structure is still set up
for the traditional family unit and functions, which for the most
part, no longer exist. Here is what I feel we should be focusing on:
-Flexible Hours when Possible
-Childcare Opportunities at the workplace location
-Maternity for Both Men and Women
I feel very strongly that when we as a business culture step up to
the plate with these items that we will find stronger, happier,
healthier families, which will then directly effect people's communal
environments, as well as, their working environments in a positive way.
Wow! All of that before coffee??? Thank God it's brewing.

Me! Me! Me!
I have to laugh anytime I read an email or a post that states what a person needs or wants me to do for them, but yet doesn't ask me what I would like in return. In order to get someone to help you, you MUST create a WIN/WIN.
Here are 3 easy ways to create a WIN/WIN:
1) Turn Me! Me! Me! into You! You! You! Ask, "How can I help you?" and come to a mutual agreement.
2) Listen: Really find out whether or not the person is in a place to help you out. Also, read between the lines to see if there are any needs that haven't been verbalized.
3) Send a thank you. This will keep you in the forefront of that person's mind.
Remember, this is YOUR business! Only YOU can Grow it to Success!
Look forward to connecting with you!
